Area ConceptShin-Yokohama is the second gateway city in Yokohama, where various means of access come together, including the Tokaido Shinkansen.

Shin-Yokohama, a transportation hub in Yokohama, features the Tokaido Shinkansen where all trains stop, the JR Yokohama Line, and the Yokohama Subway Blue Line. Additionally, a major terminal for the Sotetsu-Tokyu direct line, which would enable mutual operation through the same tracks, is scheduled to open at the end of 2022*. Also featuring shuttle buses directly to Haneda Airport, allowing easy access to the rest of the country. With numerous shopping centers and sporting and entertainment facilities, such as the Nissan Stadium and Yokohama Arena,, it’s an area where work, play, and fun intertwine.

We prepared a variety of spaces, like a 1F lobby which feels like you’ve just stepped into an art museum, and at the end of a decorated corridor there are spaces where people can relax and be on their own, or refresh with a complimentary drink. There’s also a meeting room which can accommodate groups of people. All of the spaces support innovative work.

Our History

Our HistoryConstantly pushing the envelope with innovative spaces, our creations are what make Nisso Building.

Since entering the real estate industry in the 1970s, Nisso Building has always maintained the principle: “The real estate industry is a service industry.” We always consider the potential needs of our customers and have provided many spaces that hadn’t previously existed. Our achievements range from one of our representative development projects, “The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco” to small offices and premium rental offices; we have over 70 real estate development offices worldwide. We aim to continue providing spaces that quickly respond to societal and economical changes with our “research and development based company” model.
